Anyone that is funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) can access our Disability Support Services. If you are not funded by the NDIS - don't worry! We also offer Fee For Service supports tailored to your individual needs.
Summa Care provides a wide range of Disability Support services, including but not limited to domestic assistance, personal care, community access, social support, meal preparation, transport and allied health. We also provide accommodation for Respite, Short-Term, Medium-Term and Supported Independent Living purposes.

Yes, we do! Respite can be a fantastic opportunity to recharge. Respite services can be arranged for all carers and/or consumers on an individual basis. Get in touch with the team today via one of the buttons below to get started.
Of course! We can arrange social support tailored to your individual interests and lifestyle as part of our Disability Support Services. We will always attempt to match you with a Support Worker who has similar interests and hobbies.
Did you know we also offer Group Programs? A great place to make social connections, form new friendships, learn a new skill and so much more.
We offer a range of accommodation options - from short-term to medium or long-term solutions. Our team members can help find accommodation suitable to your needs.
Finding employment can be difficult - we are happy to assist! Our team members can provide assistance with accessing an appropriate employment agency, and provide support at your workplace. Did you know we are also working on our brand new Group Programs, offering skill enhancement activities?
Unfortunately, we do not provide Support Coordination and Plan Management at this stage - but we are happy to refer you to organisations who will be able to assist you with this.
The cost for support services depends on the individual support and funding you receive. At Summa Care, all our fees are in line with the current NDIS Price Guide.

At Summa Care, we do not charge a daily fee.
We do not charge an exit fee at Summa Care.
You do - if you receive transport services from our team, the payment for this is covered through your NDIS Plan.
If you decide to cancel a shift, we do not charge a cancellation fee as long as you cancel outside of the 24 hours' notice period.
Summa Care offers Fee For Service supports that allowed you to get extra support services outside of your NDIS Plan if required. Get in touch with our friendly team members if you require extra support!
I am waiting for approval of funding or am going through to application process; can you provide support?
Of course we can! While you wait for your approval and have not yet received your Home Care Package Funding, but require supports/home care, we can offer this through Fee For Service while you are waiting for your government funding. Get in touch with one of our friendly team members to see how we can best help you in this transition phase.
Yes – we always ensure our team members have all the appropriate qualifications for their position. All our team members undergo mandatory checks, such as Police Checks and Working with Children/Vulnerable People/Elderly Checks, which need to be completed prior to commencing employment and are regularly reviewed throughout the employment to make sure you and your loved ones receive the best quality care possible.
To provide consistent care, we roster a small team of Support Workers for your shifts. This way, when someone is on leave or unavailable, you will always have a person available who you are familiar with.
Yes - we will make every effort to provide support at the requested time. Any changes will always be discussed with you.
Yes, we have a team of experienced Registered Nurses available. Our nurses provide follow-ups from hospital stays, ongoing monitoring of health issues and advice - get in touch to find out more or to discuss how our nurses can best support you on your health journey.
Yes, you can have more than one service provider. We are happy to work together with other providers to achieve the best possible support and care for you.
Of course, you can. We are happy to assist you with transferring providers and will do what we can to make the process as easy as possible for you. Simply get in touch with one of our team members and we will guide you through the process or answer any questions you may have.
